OUR WORK What We Do and Why It Matters Our Programs At CVA, our work is guided by one overall goal: to fight for the protection of every child, at all times and especially during emergencies. We know that children are among the most vulnerable people during crises, and yet they are often the last to be heard. Our programs are designed to meet children where they are in conflict zones, displaced communities, schools, and homes and give them both protection and a platform. Below are the key areas of our work: 1. Empowering Children Through Education We believe that knowledge is power and that power belongs to every child. CVA works to ensure that children have access to education, understand their rights, and are equipped to speak up in matters that concern them. 2. Protection of Children in Crisis No child should suffer in silence.
