Headline: "Every Child Has a Voice. We Make Sure It Is Heard."

About Us

Investing in Children’s Voice (CVA) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-partisan organization based in Bamenda, in the North West Region of Cameroon. We are registered and operating in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.

We were founded on a simple but powerful truth: children’s voices matter. When children are able to speak, when their ideas are taken seriously, and when their rights are protected   communities grow stronger, policies become fairer, and the future becomes brighter for everyone.

CVA was formally established on December 15, 2024, at a founding General Assembly Meeting in Bamenda. Since that day, we have been committed to fighting for the well-being, protection, and participation of every child   especially those facing the most difficult circumstances.

Who We are

Our Vision

CVA envisions a world where children are protected from threats to their survival and development including climate change, environmental harm, pollution, conflict, and war while their full right to participate in all matters that affect them is respected and guaranteed.

Our Mission

The mission of CVA is to advocate for, promote, and raise awareness of children's and young people's rights especially in the face of threats both local and global while enabling children to actively and equally participate in all decisions and matters that directly concern their lives, in Cameroon and beyond.

Our Core Values

Equality

Every child deserves the same rights and opportunities, regardless of who they are or where they come from.

Transparency

We are open and honest about how we work, how we spend money, and the results we achieve.

Accountability

We take responsibility for our actions and results   to the children we serve, our members, and our partners.

Non-Discrimination

We serve all children equally   regardless of race, sex, religion, language, nationality, or background.

Our Legal Status

CVA is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-partisan organization. We are grounded in social justice principles and aligned with the key international and regional legal instruments protecting children’s rights, including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989).

We are open to membership from all Cameroonians and foreigners who share our passion for children’s rights and humanitarian work   regardless of race, colour, religion, age, nationality, or language.
